S+AGE™ is an outpatient medical clinic designed to help older adults and their caregivers maintain quality of life. At S+AGE™ we manage the problems of the elderly including: early memory loss, gait instability that can result in falls, dementia disorders including Alzheimer's disease, urinary incontinence and other complex chronic conditions.
